About Luméra

Our story

Luméra was created for people who want medical aesthetics without pressure. We believe the right treatment is one you understand fully — its benefits, its limits and its risks — and that sometimes the best advice is to do less.

On Jumeirah Beach Road

The clinic is on Jumeirah Beach Road, with private parking and step-free access. There are four private treatment rooms, a dedicated laser room with controlled access and eye protection for everyone inside, and a separate consultation room, so you can talk about your concerns without being overheard. Arabic- and English-speaking staff are on site during all opening hours, and you can ask for a female practitioner when booking.

How we work

Six steps from the first conversation to your follow-up, with no pressure at any of them.

  1. A private conversation about your concerns, history and goals.

  2. A careful look at your skin and anatomy, and any reasons to adjust or postpone treatment.

  3. Options explained with expected recovery, sessions and costs — no pressure to decide on the day.

  4. Delivered by a qualified practitioner in a calm, private room.

  5. Written guidance and a direct line to the clinic if you have questions.

  6. A follow-up to check progress and adjust your plan where needed.

How we keep treatment safe

  • Medical oversight

Our Medical Director leads clinical governance. Injectable and prescription treatments are only given by DHA-licensed doctors, and every protocol is written down and reviewed each year.

  • Products and devices

We only use products bought through authorised UAE distributors, and we record the batch number of every injectable in your notes. Lasers and energy devices are serviced on the manufacturer's schedule and checked by our laser safety officer.

  • Infection control

Needles and cannulas are single use, rooms are cleaned between every patient, and skin is prepared with antiseptic before any procedure that breaks the skin.

  • If something goes wrong

Emergency medicines and equipment are kept on site, staff are trained in basic life support, and doctors are trained to manage complications such as vascular occlusion or allergic reaction. After treatment you have a direct number to call.

Frequently asked questions

Is Luméra licensed by the Dubai Health Authority?

Yes. The clinic holds a DHA facility licence and every practitioner holds an individual DHA professional licence. Licence numbers are shown on each practitioner's profile, and you can check them on the DHA website.

Will I be pushed into a treatment?

No. Consultations are not sales meetings. You leave with written information and a quote, and many patients come back another day. Our practitioners will tell you if a treatment is unlikely to help.
