Frequently asked questions
What if I feel unwell after treatment?
Contact the clinic straight away using the number on your aftercare sheet. In an emergency, call 998.
Can someone accompany me?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a companion or chaperone, and we can provide a chaperone on request.
How long is a consultation?
Most consultations take 30 to 45 minutes. That includes your medical history, an assessment of the area, a discussion of options and costs, and time for your questions.
Can I have treatment on the same day as my consultation?
Sometimes, for simple treatments when you are suitable and have had time to think. For injectables, laser and peels we often recommend a separate visit, and a patch test is needed before most laser treatments.
